Price per Executive search ($120K to $219,999) is 24.25% of total compensation with $9500.00 engagement fee (30 days net with remaining fee at time of placement (60 days net).
Price per Senior Executive search($220K+) is $50,375.00 with $20,000 engagement fee (30 days net) with remaining fee at time of placement (60 days net).
Quantity discount if executive search order is 3 simultaneous searches or greater are priced per at 23.75% for executives and $48,360.00 for Senior Executives with the same payment terms.

Finding candidates for individual contributors and mid-level managerial range

Staff Search is on 22.75% of salary with a $5,000.00 engagement fee (30 days net) with the remaining fee due at placement (60 days net).
Quantity discount if staff search order is 3 simultaneous searches or greater are priced per at 20.75% fee with the same payment terms.

15. Warranty Provision
RSG, Inc. provides a warranty relative to each search assignment.
A. Should the position, for which we are recruiting, become closed for any reason, other than the successful completion of the assignment by Recruiting Services Group, Inc. only the initial engagement fee will be charged. Engagement fees are non-transferable.
In the event a candidate hired through our assistance leaves within 120 days of his/her hire date, but excluding death, disability, or significant change in position responsibility, change in reporting requirements or venue, RSG will conduct another search to replace the individual at no cost to the client, other than out-of-pocket expenses.
B. The Client may cancel a search for which we are recruiting at any time in writing and only the initial engagement fee will be charged.
C. The Client may suspend a search effort at any time; however, once a search is put on hold, candidates will lose interest. The Client must recognize that after a period of time, the viable candidate pool is no longer useful and essentially the search must start anew. In the event a search is suspended and restarted within a 45-day period, we will commence the search effort again without any additional cost to the Client. Searches suspended for a period in excess of 45 days to 89 days will be restarted but a surcharge of 20% of the Search Fee will be due at recommencement. If the suspension period is in excess of 90 days, a new Search Fee will be due since this will be considered a New Search.
D. RSG, Inc. warrants that as long as we have a professional relationship with a Client, we will never actively recruit from the client without the express written permission of the client.
E. Candidates employed through our services will constitute acceptance of our warranty policy. Acceptance being when the employer extends an offer of employment and candidate accepts the position. The policy remains in effect for one year after the initial referral date.
This policy will remain binding and in effect when a placement results after our initiating the telephone and/or personal interviewing arrangement that, in turn, brings both parties physically together for the immediate or future job offer. In the event an employer would refer our candidate to another department, division, subsidiary, or similar affiliate—and the individual is subsequently hired, responsibility for the fee remains with the original principle client unless expressly agreed to between Contractor and Client in writing.

Executive Search Services
Talent for leadership and top managerial roles which are critical to a company’s success. The 2 scales for Executive search are the following: Leadership roles in the 120K to 119,999K total compensation range and Senior Executives (SES) whose total compensation is 220K and above. Cost of living differentials are considered part of total compensation.
This service includes the following:
- Consultation with hiring authority to define job descriptions, accountabilities, competition and advancement potential
- Search plan creation to include competitors, professional associations, industry experts, universities, social networking, referrals, etc...
- Assign Project team to implement search plan and begin recruitment
- Down-select interview process to determine top 10%
- Summaries of Candidate qualifications
- Reference Checks
- Coordinate interview schedules & feedback
- Resolve concerns, questions and negotiate offer
- Presentation of Offer
- Assist with candidate resignation process and new hire process including coordinating background checks
- New hire 90 day follow up on candidate/employer
On a retained executive search we commit to continuing the search until a candidate has been identified or until the terms of our warranty agreement expire.
Price per Executive search is 23.5% of total compensation with $9500.00 engagement fee (30 days net with remaining fee at time of placement (60 days net).
Price per Senior Executive search is a flat fee of $50,375.00 with $20,000 engagement fee (30 days net) with remaining fee at time of placement (60 days net).

Staff Search Services
Finding candidates for individual contributors and mid-level managerial range– $119,999K and below compensation
This service includes the following:

- Assign Project team to implement search plan and begin recruitment
- Down-select interview process to determine top 2-5 candidates
- Candidate Presentation
- Reference Checks
- Coordinate interviews and feedback process
- Resolve concerns and assist offer negotiation
- Presentation of Offer
- Assist with candidate resignation process and new hire process including coordinating background checks
- New hire 90 day follow up on candidate/employer
On a staff search we commit our best efforts for a minimum of sixty (60) days after which the search will need to be re-evaluated for viability in the marketplace

Dual Career Transition Services
Assist the trailing partner of a relocated employee or new recruit to quickly and successfully transition their own career to an unfamiliar geographic location. Services include:
- Career Transition Assessment
Initial assessment conference is held with partners of recruits and transferees to address initial concerns and to evaluate potential employment opportunities. This meeting includes a general conversation on the employment conditions in the area, transferability of skills and an explanation of the support services available prior, during and post relocation.
Price is $362.75 per assessment, 30 days net.
Quantity discounts are for 3 simultaneous assessments or greater and are priced at $352.75 per assessment with the same payment terms.

A complete suite of services for 90 days that supports the accompanying partner prior, during and post relocation that can include:
- A self-paced career transition questionnaire that explores individual concerns, skill assessment and career goals.
- Immediate access to the professional search and professional contract divisions of Recruiting Services Group, Inc
- Select introductions to key professional contacts in his/her career field.
- Comprehensive research on major employers in the area, job openings, names of key managers and pertinent company information
- A professional career consultant to assist in formulating a marketing plan in an otherwise unfamiliar job market
- Coaching in all the necessary job search skills, including interview skill development, follow-up procedures and building a new network
- Resume and Cover Letter Creation/Preparation
- A relationship of trust and confidence with a professional coach that will provide direction and encouragement at each crucial phase of the transition.
- Local Facility and access to support, office space and conference room for pre-scheduled needs and interviews.
Price is $4,685.00 for the 90-day suite of services, 30 days net.

RSG FEE AND GUARANTEE POLICY
Our permanent placement fees are paid by our client companies and are based on expected annual earnings of a new employee hired through Recruiting Services Group, Inc. (RSG). The minimum fee rate for a contingency search is 25% of expected annual earnings, including base compensation and bonus.
Applicants employed through our services will constitute acceptance of our fee and guarantee policy. Acceptance being when the employer extends an offer of employment and candidate accepts the position. The policy remains in effect for one year after the initial referral date.
This policy will remain binding and in effect when a placement results after our initiating the telephone and/or personal interviewing arrangement that, in turn, brings both parties physically together for the immediate or future job offer. In the event an employer would refer our candidate to another department, division, subsidiary, or similar affiliate—and the individual is subsequently hired, responsibility for the fee remains with the original principle client.
RSG conducts reference checks for our own purposes. Should we provide you with personal, educational or employment background information on candidates, you agree to independently verify such information.

RSG offers a thirty-day guarantee on all permanent placements. If the employee leaves or is terminated for cause in the first thirty (30) days of employment, RSG will locate a one-time replacement candidate at no additional charge.
Your firm will be billed upon confirmation of hire. The net amount is payable upon starting date. The above guarantee is only applicable if payment is received within 30 calendar days from the starting date of employment.
